It's almost been a year since my last journal entry, and I can't believe how time is flying! I recently celebrated my 20th birthday, and sometimes it feels like my life keeps running towards the future, and I can't keep up.

Since last time I've finished a year at Nordhordland fhs, a school where I attended a course called Photography, digital video and graphic design. Sounds fancy, but it actually was everything but fancy. The teacher had no idea what he was doing, and after a while the class just gave up on him. So we decided to take the matter into own hands, and I actually got a whole day where I got to teach my class photomanipulation. It was very fun, and I hope my fellow students felt that they learned something useful

This year I've had my focus on photography, so it's been a long time since my last photomanipulation. Actually I've only submitted two manipulations this year, which is kind of sad. But on the other hand, maybe it's a good thing too, since just about every manipulation I make is based on my feelings. And by that, I mean when I'm in a state of mind where nothing else can make me relax, than to put my feelings into a picture. Which again results in "emo"-manips. Haha, my sister always calls me an emo when she sees my manips, so maybe I am a little emo sometimes So maybe my lacking in production says something about my state of mind the last year! I've had a fabulous year, and despite the fact that I've learned almost nothing, my fellow students have made this the year of my life!
